Tenders are invited from established contractors who are in CIFOZ Category A for Civils, Building and Electrical Works, registered with the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (PRAZ) and have done a similar job in recent years for the CONSTRUCTION OF SILVERSTROOM DAM.

Silverstroom Dam is located on Musengezi River, 7.5km due west of Centenary. Access to the site is gained from Harare by proceeding to Centenary. Approximately 5km before Centenary, turn left on a farm road leading to Mbada (Silverstroom) Farm. Travel for a further 4km along the farm road until the Tobacco barns are reached.

There will be compulsory site visit on 4 April 2019 at 1000hrs. Tenderers will meet and gather at the turn off leading to the dam site, before proceeding as a group to the site. The turn off is 5km before Centenary on the main road from Mvurwi to Centenary.

Documents for the above Tender (RFP) will be issued to interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $50.00 from ZINWA Accounts Office.

Tenders must be enclosed in sealed envelopes and endorsed on the outside with the advertised Tender number, the closing date, and description of Tender and must be deposited at ZINWA Head Office in the Tender box at ZINWA reception on or before the closing date.

Tenders can also be posted in time to be sorted into Post Office Box Number CY617, Causeway to reach the undersigned on or before the closing date.
